Catering is mastering the art of cooking



Last Thursday afternoon, I was helping two lovely girls with the catering preparation. We made quiche doughs, a chocolate cake, an apple cake, a strawberry cake, and various Hungarian pastries. 

It's funny to see how we are gradually getting better at these recipes (in fact, I have already ordered the recipe for the vegan chocolate cake).

This order was for a university, so I hope that both students and teachers enjoyed all the food we prepared!
